Known issues

Blockouts not being entered

Problem: Smiths Wood school have reported an issue where you try to enter a new blockout, but the table still shows the slot as not being blocked out.

Cause: Unknown. Could be caused if more than one person attempts to make a blockout at the same time. The system assumes only one administrator will be changing system settings at a time.

Resolution: Please inform us if you have this issue, we can solve it within 12 hours.
